John has served in many roles during his construction career, starting as an intern while attending Bradley University, working as a Project Manager overseeing very complex and difficult construction projects throughout the Midwest, establishing and growing a regional construction division and working his way up to the position of President of a ENR Top 400 contractor.
In his role as President of Built United, John is responsible for providing the leadership and vision for the company as well as developing and implementing the strategic plan that guides the overall direction of the company. He is responsible for creating and building a company culture that focuses on fulfilling the mission of the company. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with industry associations and community organizations and being a leader in promoting diversity in everything we do.
John's family originates from Torreon, Coahuila Mexico.
